Install granite countertop and stainless steel sink.
I had obtained a number of estimates from various stone design centers to replace my current countertop with a granite countertop.
I live in Antioch, Illinois so I had an opportunity to talk to quite a few businesses. Factory Plaza was the last place I visited, since it was on the outskirts of the area I was looking into. Anna Phillips, the Project Manager was very courteous and knowledgeable. I was given a list of the many kinds of stone products they carry in their warehouse, along with a price list. Walking through the warehouse, I was given the opportunity to go over all the possibllities I could use in my kitchen, with no sales person trying to make a sale or steer me to a particular piece. When I had picked a slab I was interested in , Anna went over the diagram I had brought with showing that I had come up with 32 sq ft of countertop. Being the honest person she is, I was shown how I had actually had a total of 27 sq ft of counter… saving me over 200.00. This could have easily been charged to me. I appreciate her honesty. I mentioned I would be purchasing a stainless steel sink. Anna mentioned a wide variety they carry. All top quality in material and thickness. I added that to my list also. I will mention that even though I continued to look at various sinks in the week after, I could not beat the price for what was sold to me, for the quality I recieved. I was given a measuremnt appointment and install day. Everything was spelled out in the contract and I was very comfortable knowing that every possible item was gone over before I walked out of that showroom.
On the day of measurement, a gentleman called 15 minutes ahead of the appointment, just making sure I would be available. When he pulled up, the , I was shown his credentials. He made sure of all the measurements, checking everything for level. He actually double checked all of his measurents. I was impressed by the impeccable way he went about his business. In 30 minutes, he was done.
I was called by Anna the next day, reassuring me the measurements were identical to the ones we signed the contract for and that my slab was ready for fabrication. During my picking out the slab, I pointed out a number of color veins I wanted in the countertop. Anna remembered that and went over my instructions again. Attention to detail is another strong point of the people at Factory Plaza.The day  had finally arrive for our countertop to be installed. Two men came here to do the install, Roman and Tom. They were very attentive to detail and to making sure I knew exactly what they were doing during the install. Roman took the time to go over the brand faucet I was installing, and when the install was through, the cleanup was minimal because these professionals were immaculate in their work. They went over the care of my new countertop and that if I had any other bquestions, I should not hesitate to call Factory Plaza. My countertop is outstanding. I recieved everything I paid for and much more. It was such a pleasant experience, I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to give them a call. Better yet. I highly recommend Factory Plaza Granite for your project. From start to finish, we received the best customer service you could ask for. Natalia was awesome in covering all the details from start to finish. We picked our granite slab out with many detailed veins. What made this interesting for us was, once the measurements were taken, we returned to the warehouse and had the measurement template cut to our specifications. I don’t believe there’s another place that sells granite where you actually tell them how you want your granite cut. Now…that’s EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The installers were awesome too. Very professional and courteous people, the service and installation process was smooth. I love the exotic granite countertops installed in my kitchen. They are beautiful. They have a lot of different color slabs to choose from in their huge warehouse and the prices are best. by

Fabulous!! Not a single complaint…I was very skeptical at first, as they had to travel 130 miles from their shop to measure and install our counters…..The fact is this is a company I would highly recommend. They offered many helpful suggestions in the beginning of our project. The installers Roman &Tom were very professional and did an unbelievable job on the installation. The seams are perfect! . From measuring to installation was only a 2 week period. My bid bid was proposed with no hidden costs. They came in almost $2000 lower than our next closest bid…..
