- Customer contacts Factory Plaza
- Estimate is done (cabinets must be installed)
- Customer choose granite slabs
- Contract is signed and deposit is made
- Installation is scheduled (5-10 days)
- Installation (2-4 hours) customer must be present at this time
- Job approval is signed and final payment is made
- Customer calls for measuring appointment once cabinet installation is completed
- Factory Plaza schedules a measuring visit within 2-3 days of customers request
- Factory Plaza checks the levels of cabinets and walls, exact measurements are taken
- Prepare updated templates for custom shapes, gather sink templates
- At time of measurement, the customer approves and contract is signed and deposit is collected
